Your reservation guarantees you a Free Fitness Evaluation including a 55 minute “Baseline” workout.
If you need cancel your appointment No Problem. 24 hours notice is required prior to your scheduled appointment time to retain your credit. You will then have the option to transfer your deposit to a different day and time based on Personal Trainer availability. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or don’t show up you’ll forfeit the full amount of your pre-paid deposit.
After your Fitness Evaluation if you proceed with a training program you can apply the deposit amount to future personal training.
If you do not proceed with a personal training program you’ll receive a full refund for your deposit.
