As a Long Beach Outdoor Personal Trainer I absolutely love to train my clients in Long Beach CA! I also provide Private Studio Personal Training. This part of Southern California has so much to offer. I have a passion for training outside and using nature, free weights, resistance bands and body weight to provide the perfect workouts for my clients. I train outdoors year round, in addition to In home Personal Training in Long Beach. The weather is almost always perfect for outside sessions. My clients enjoy exercising with me near the beach or in their homes, home gyms or apartment fitness facilities. My training style is unique. I know that no two clients are exactly the same and in order to produce individual results every client should have an individual fitness program.
