Is there a long term contract when I sign up?
No way. All Level 9 Boot Camps and small group training programs are monthly and you can pause or cancel any time.

How long are the boot camp sessions?
Each sessions is 30 minutes, with a mix of HIIT training, aerobic and anaerobic exercises.

How much does it cost?
Current Boot Camp prices and promotions offer monthly programs with multiple rate plans depending on how often you train and also whether you include Individual personal training in your fitness program.

What is HIIT?
High Intensity Interval Training, this style works well to produce incredible results in 30 minute workouts. If you’re new to working out don’t let HIIT scare you. It’s tough but the programs are designed for everyone to succeed, from beginner to advanced.

I’m way out of shape. Will I survive this program?
Yes, the program is carefully designed so all fitness levels to thrive. We use modification options and everyone can get an amazing workout, no matter what level you’re starting on.

Will I have to weigh-in at every session?
No way, because this fitness program produces results but doesn’t put you under a microscope or make you feel like crap like some programs do. Health, happiness and forward progress are the most important markers we care about.

What is Semi-Private?
Semi-Private group training means there’s a limit to the member count. For this specific program the total member count is usually six or eight members max, but some groups are limited to four. This type of group training offers you a high attention level from your trainer, especially compared to larger boot camps.

If I sign up how many days per week can I attend?
It depends on the program and availability. Unlike some other boot camp Long Beach programs some Level 9 programs offer unlimited attendance.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
Nope. Pause or cancel your membership any time.

Can I combine bootcamp with 1-on-1 Personal Training on alternate days?
Absolutely! This is a popular option for even faster results and a more personalized program.

Is it okay to bring a friend?
Of course you can bring a friend, partner or co-worker to bootcamp. You’re always welcome to bring a friend to try it out.

Can I bring my dog to outdoor boot camp sessions?
We don’t train at any dog parks in Long Beach, however if you keep your pooch on a leash the more the merrier.

Are all of your group exercise programs held in Belmont Shore Long Beach California?
We’ve found Belmont Shore outdoor boot camps to be the most popular spots but we’ve done programs closer to downtown Long Beach as well. The 90803 and 90802 area offers unbelievable views.

    I joined Jed’s Level 9 Personal Training back in July of this year. And I have to say the results have been off the charts for me as far as Jed’s one on one personal training. I’m seeing results I haven’t seen when I used to train with regular gymn trainers. It’s been very rewarding! I also enjoy the boot camps which for me is a good way to “shake things up” from my one on one’s with Jed. I get to experience the comraderie between other classmates and feed off of their energy. It helps to push me past the RED ZONE! It’s a fun class to take when you just need a change in your workouts. As a group, Jed helps us to take it to a whole nother level…and I love that!

    I absolutely love this boot camp…it pushes me to the limit but allows me to modify certain exercises so I don’t injure myself. It’s great to get outdoors and get an awesome work out. This program is what I need to keep a continuous exercise regimen because I’m committed to attending each week and can’t make excuses! Jed keeps each work out unique and different which targets the entire body. I’m starting to notice much more strength even when doing yoga…I can do more than ever before!

    I can’t say enough great things about Jed’s training and the quick results I receive from his program!!

    I have jumped between different workout routines and back to Level 9 and as soon as I go back to Level 9, almost immediately my friends and I see noticeably cut results across my entire body!     Definitely join this boot camp! I look forward to coming here twice a week as I always leave feeling stronger and more fit than before. I have noticed a change in my body since starting this camp and my friends have been asking me what I’ve been doing 🙂

    Jed is great because he gives you lots of modifications for everything that we do. So, all levels can totally take advantage of the workout. Also, he has a great personality and makes the workouts fun. He’s tough but very encouraging and everyone has a lot of fun during camp.

    The setting of this camp is perfect. Right by the ocean! I’ve enjoyed watching the sun set towards the end of our sessions.

    The BEST and most THOROUGH workout I’ve ever experienced! The L9 boot camp atmosphere is amazing! Boot camp fitness had never appealed to me in the past, I was always more of a yoga mellow type. But luckily for me, a client of mine is a client of Jed’s, and the results I saw her achieve with Jed’s guidance amazed me! So I got curious, and was lucky to get in. I was totally blown away from day one! Yes, its a challenging work out, but not impossible. I always pictured a drill sergeant type with a whistle screaming at me while i try and crank out one more sit-up (scary!), SO NOT THE CASE HERE! Jed is MOTIVATIONAL, He encourages you to push your boundaries, to work to your highest potential! It’s kinda up to you how hard your 1 hour boot camp session is.. If you follow his instruction and do your best the results are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m seeing my body look like it did in my early 20’s… its only been 4 or 5 weeks! If those aren’t quick results, I don’t know what is! My booty is higher and firmer, the back of my thighs are flattening.. My belly has *GASP* definition! I didn’t think I’d ever see those muscles again! haha. If your ready to look smokin’ hot on the beach this summer, and feel good about yourself an be encouraged by others with the same goals and challenges as you Level 9 Boot camp is the place for you too..
