2 WAYS TO EARN POINTS

1) Every time you wear your Level 9 shirt to a personal training session you get 1 point.

2) Every time you wear your Level 9 shirt during a supplemental workout aka “homework” session you get 1 point.

Simply post a selfie on your favorite social media site and encourage others to get fit. Not into social media? No problem, just email your selfie to share@level9fitness.com

 

All homework selfies qualify! Anything you do to raise your heart rate and work up a sweat is a considered a workout IMO. Fitness comes from forming habits which improve or maintain health and wellness. Not every single workout has to be hardcore for you to be a fit person.
