Consultation + Personal Training Session
Your complimentary fitness evaluation includes a comprehensive consultation and an assessment workout session. The introductory training session helps us determine your current physical condition so we can begin to design a customized exercise and nutrition plan specifically for you, based on the information we’ll gather.
