MEETING YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER
Meeting the Trainer: Your Personal Training Trial session(s) is/are important because it allows you to meet your trainer before committing to ongoing services. This initial encounter helps establish a connection and understanding of each other’s goals, expectations, and working styles. You might even have a little bit of fun!
We Do Not do any type of high pressure sales tactics. We are a clear alternative to gym personal training.
NEEDS ANALYSIS CHECKLIST
Needs Analysis: At your first trial session, your trainer will aim to drill down to your overall needs and goals by covering these questions:
- What are your long-term fitness goals
- What are your short-term fitness goals
- Do you have injuries and/or physical limitations, or areas of your body you would like to focus on – and would you say these issues have negatively impacted your ability to get fit in the past
- How much time per week are you willing to invest toward your goals
- How uncomfortable are you willing to get (exercise and diet) in order to reach your goals
- Are you willing to adopt a healthy eating plan to reach your fitness goals
- What success and/failures have you had in the past related to following a fitness plan
- Are there obstacles you feel are very difficult to overcome, such as addictions to certain foods, alcohol, drugs, lazy behaviors, etc, which you would like us to help you overcome
These questions will help us form a clear plan together from DAY ONE, and minimize the likelihood of setbacks and missteps.
Ultimately we just want you to succeed in reaching your fitness goals.
We aim to help you elicit the most amount of positive change with the least amount of discomfort possible.

HEALTH & FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Health and Fitness Assessment: During the trial session, your trainer will conduct a comprehensive health and fitness assessment, including a basic physical screening, fitness testing, a trial workout, and goal setting. This thorough evaluation helps identify areas for improvement, sets realistic goals, and creates a personalized training program tailored to your individual needs.
FITNESS GOAL SETTING
Goal Setting: The trial session provides an opportunity to set specific, measurable, and achievable goals. This collaborative process ensures you’re motivated and invested in the training process, as your goals are aligned with your trainer’s expertise. You can establish short term and long term goals.
TRUST & CONFIDENCE BUILDING
Building Trust and Confidence: A trial session helps establish trust and confidence between you and your trainer. You’ll have a chance to experience their training style, communication approach, and ability to adapt to your needs. This foundation is crucial for a successful and long-term training relationship.
OVERCOMING ANY DOUBT OR CONCERNS
Reducing Self-Doubt: By seeing and/or feeling results from the trial session, you’ll be more likely to overcome self-doubt and commit to ongoing training. A successful trial session demonstrates the effectiveness of the training program, and gives you the chance to bank a W.
